If you would like to join the Practice please ask for a Registration Form at reception. Patients may choose to consult any of the Doctors but continuity of care is encouraged.

Temporary Residents

If you are temporarily living in the area, (for up to 3 months), and need medical treatment you can apply to register as a Temporary Resident, enabling you to take full advantage of all our medical services.

New Patient Checks

All new patients who register with the Practice are invited to have a health check.  This is a free health check for you and an opportunity for us to obtain important background medical history prior to your medical notes arriving.  The receptionist will book your health check with the nurse.  You will be asked to bring along a fresh specimen of urine.
