The 2012-13 Patient Survey Report is available by clicking on to the link below. This survey contains similar question to those used in the previous year to enable us to see if standards have been maintained or improved upon.

Saturday morning appointments
We offer Saturday morning GP and General Nurse pre-booked appointments between 9-10am (excludes Bank & Public holiday weekends). These appointments are for routine care only. To book an appointment please telephone reception between 8:30-1pm and 2pm–6:30pm Monday to Friday.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Out of Hours
If you become unwell and need medical help after your GP surgery has closed please telephone:
