Practice Statement – Named GP for all patients
All patients registered at our practice have a named GP to oversee their care. You may already know who your named GP; if you don’t, please ask next time you contact us. Your named GP will take responsibility for ensuring your care is provided by working with the practice team and other relevant health and social care professionals to deliver care that meets your needs. Please note that you do not have to see your named GP when you come to the surgery- all of our doctors and nurses can see your records and are happy to see you.
